Art. 13 ( Zahl der Familienmitglieder )

(1)Für jedes Mitglied der Familiengemeinschaft gemäß Artikel 7/ter Absatz 1 werden zwei Punkte zuerkannt.

(2) Für die Mitglieder der Familiengemeinschaft laut Artikel 7/ter Absatz 1 Buchstaben c), d), e) und f) werden die Punkte nur zuerkannt, wenn sie zum Zeitpunkt der Gesuchsvorlage mit dem Gesuchsteller laut Buchstabe a) des genannten Artikels 7/ter Absatz 1 zusammenleben. 50)
