Art. 16 (Übergangsbestimmungen)

(1) Die Wassergebühren sind ab 1. Jänner 2020 zu entrichten.

(2) Die bis zum Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes noch nicht anerkannten Nutzungsrechte, die mehr als drei Jahre nicht mehr ausgeübt wurden, verwirken, ohne dass eine Wassergebühr dafür zu entrichten ist.
