Art. 36 (Aufzüge)

(1) Mehrgeschossige Pflegeheime verfügen mindestens über einen Aufzug, dessen Mindestabmessungen des Fahrkorbes 200 x 133 cm beträgt. Die Türe hat eine lichte Mindestbreite von 90 cm und ist jeweils an der Schmalseite des Fahrkorbes anzuordnen.

(2) Die Bedienungselemente in der Kabine sind 40 cm von der Türe entfernt.
