Art. 16 (Gemeinsame Bestimmungen für Wettbewerbe und Auswahlverfahren)

(1) Für die Aufnahme durch Auswahlverfahren gelten, soweit in diesem Abschnitt nicht anders geregelt und sofern vereinbar, die im II. Abschnitt enthaltenen Bestimmungen über öffentliche Wettbewerbe. Dabei sind insbesondere jene über Bewertungsrangordnungen der Wettbewerbe auf die aufgrund von Auswahlverfahren erstellten Rangordnungen anwendbar.
