Festsetzung der Vergütungen an die Staatslehrer, welche an den Landesberufsschulen oder Berufsertüchtigungskursen beauftragt sind, lt. Art. 40 des E.T. der Landesgesetze über die Personalordnung der Berufsausbildung

1. die Stundensätze für die bei der Berufsausbildung und den Instituten für Musikerziehung des Landes beauftragten Staatslehrer mit Wirkung 1.9.2000 wie folgt festzusetzen:
 
für Lehrer mit Hochschulabschluß:
Brutto-Pauschalvergütung pro Unterrichtsstunde     Lire 52.405.-
 
für Fachlehrer:
Brutto-Pauschalvergütung pro Unterrichtsstunde (Theorie)     Lire 42.735.-
Brutto-Pauschalvergütung pro Unterrichtsstunde (Praxis)     Lire 32.050.-
 
für Musiklehrer:
Brutto-Pauschalvergütung pro Unterrichtsstunde      Lire 34.450.-
 
2. die aus diesem Beschluß entstehende Ausgabe wird dem Kap. 31230 angelastet
