Festsetzung der Tarife für die Bezahlung der ambulanten Dienste und Hausdienste ab 01.01.2004 (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 4714 vom 22.12.2003; Beschluss Nr. 4047 vom 08.11.2004; Beschluss Nr. 4317 vom 14.11.2005; Beschluss Nr. 4158 vom 13.11.2006; Beschluss Nr. 3720 vom 05.11.2007)

1.     Den im Artikel 14 des D.LH. vom 11. August 2000, Nr. 30, angegebenen Grundbetrag mit Gültigkeit ab 1. Jänner 2008, auf 382,00 Euro festzusetzen;

2.     die in der Anlage „A  angegeben Beträge zu genehmigen. Die Anlage bildet wesentlichen Bestandteil des vorliegenden Beschlusses;

3.     die beiliegende Anlage „B“, welche wesentlichen Bestandteil dieses Beschlusses bildet und in welcher die Mindest- und Höchsttarife für die Bezahlung der ambulanten Dienste und Hausdienste und auch die Tarife der Tagespflege für Senioren in Alters- und Pflegeheimen ab dem 1. Jänner 2008 festgesetzt sind, zu genehmigen;

4.     die beiliegende Anlage „C  - „Unterhaltsvorschussleistung zum Schutz von minderjährigen Kindern  -, welche integrierenden Bestandteil dieses Beschlusses bildet, zu genehmigen;

5.     festzustellen, dass dieser Beschluss mit keiner Ausgabenzweckbindung verbunden ist.
