Art. 3

(1) Die Beiträge laut Artikel 1 können im Ausmaß von höchstens 50 Prozent auf der Grundlage von Kriterien im Sinne von Artikel 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 22. Oktober 1993, Nr. 17, gewährt werden.3)
