Art. 9 (Übergangsbestimmung)

(1) Abweichend von Artikel 2 Absatz 2 können bei der ersten Anwendung dieses Gesetzes unabhängig von einer eventuellen Vereinbarung für die Berufsbildungsmaßnahmen gemäß Artikel 3 Vorschußzahlungen geleistet werden, sofern die erwähnten Maßnahmen von der zuständigen EG-Kommission genehmigt worden und bei Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes bereits angelaufen sind.

(2) In diesem Fall legt die Landesregierung das Verfahren und die Richtlinien für die Verteilung der erwähnten Vorschüsse sowie die Garantieleistung bezüglich der Rückerstattung der vorgestreckten Beträge fest.

Dieses Gesetz wird im Amtsblatt der Region Trentino-Südtirol kundgemacht. Jeder, den es angeht, ist verpflichtet, es als Landesgesetz zu befolgen und dafür zu sorgen, daß es befolgt wird.
