Ausmaß und Organisation des theoretisch-praktischen Unterrichts für Lehrlinge an den Berufsschulen des Landes und Änderung der Stundentafeln der zweiten, dritten und vierten Klassen der Berufsfachschulen

1. Der wöchentliche Unterricht in der Lehrlingsausbildung darf 40 Stunden nicht überschreiten.
2. Die Stundentafeln und Lehrpläne aller Lehrberufe gemäß Artikel 1, Absatz 2, Buchstabe a) des Landesgesetzes vom 20. März 2006, Nr. 2, werden zeitgleich mit der Umsetzung der Oberstufenreform auf 50 Schultage pro Schuljahr ausgerichtet. Dies ist norwendig, um die staatlichen und europäischen Bildungsstandards in der Lehre zu erreichen.
Die Festlegung der Gesamtdauer der Lehre bleibt im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in der Zuständigkeit der Sozialpartner;
3. Das für das Lehrlingswesen zuständige Regierungsmitglied wird beauftragt in Absprache mit den repräsentativsten Berufsverbänden die Umsetzung der in Punkt 2 genannten Maßnahme vorzubereiten.
4. Die Stundentafeln und Lehrpläne der zweiten, dritten und vierten Klassen der Berufsfachschulen werden ab dem Schuljahr 2010/2011 auf 36 Wochenstunden reduziert und umgestellt;
