Art. 60 (Forstarbeiter)  delibera sentenza

(1) Zur Durchführung in Regie aller von den einschlägigen Bestimmungen vorgesehenen Arbeiten und Maßnahmen sind die Ämter der Landesabteilung Forstwirtschaft ermächtigt, Forstarbeiter mit privatrechtlichem Arbeitsvertrag aufzunehmen, wobei sie den entsprechenden staatlichen kollektiven Arbeitsvertrag für die Arbeiter zur Durchführung von Arbeiten für Wasserschutzbauten im forstlichen und landwirtschaftlichen Bereich sowie die entsprechenden ergänzenden Bereichsverträge anwenden.
