Art. 21 (Aufsicht)

(1) Um zu gewährleisten, daß die Bestimmungen der Artikel 18, 18/bis, 18/ter, 19 und 20 eingehalten werden, werden die Organe der Forstpolizei und die beeideten Organe sowie, auf Antrag des Landeshauptmanns, die Organe der öffentlichen Sicherheit mit der Aufsicht über das Domanialgebiet beauftragt.34)
