Art. 18 (Aufhebung der früheren Durchführungsverordnung)

(1) Die Durchführungsverordnung zum Landesgesetz vom 7. November 1983, Nr. 41, über die Regelung des öffentlichen Bibliothekswesens in Südtirol, erlassen mit Dekret des Landeshauptmanns vom 11. Juli 1984, Nr. 17, geändert durch Dekret des Landeshauptmanns vom 7. Februar 1986, Nr. 5, durch Dekret des Landeshauptmanns vom 5. Oktober 1987, Nr. 21, und durch Dekret des Landeshauptmanns vom 4. Jänner 1991, Nr. 1, ist aufgehoben.

Dieses Dekret wird im Amtsblatt der Region kundgemacht. Jeder, dem es obliegt, ist verpflichtet, es zu befolgen und für seine Befolgung zu sorgen.
