Art. 1 (Definitionen)  delibera sentenza

(1) Es werden folgende Arten von Lehrvertrag unterschieden:

  1. Lehre zum Erwerb einer Qualifikation und eines Berufsbildungsdiploms,
  2. berufsspezialisierende Lehre oder Berufsvertrag,
  3. Lehre zur Höheren Berufsbildung und Forschung.

(2) Für dieses Gesetz sind Sozialpartner die auf Landesebene repräsentativsten Arbeitgeberorganisationen und Gewerkschaftsorganisationen.
