Attuazione dell'articolo 2, comma 108, della legge 23 dicembre 2009, n. 191, in materia di versamenti diretti delle quote dei proventi erariali spettanti alla Regione Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol ed alle Province autonome di Trento e di Bolzano.-

Art. 8 (Modalita' di attribuzione del gettito dell'imposta sul valore aggiunto (IVA) relativo alle importazioni)

(1) Per ciascun esercizio, il Dipartimento della Ragioneria Generale dello Stato determina il gettito relativo all'IVA sulle importazioni spettante alle Province autonome di Trento e di Bolzano, sulla base dei criteri stabiliti dallo Statuto speciale e dalle relative norme di attuazione.

(2) Le somme di cui al comma 1 sono erogate dal Dipartimento della Ragioneria Generale dello Stato con le risorse stanziate su apposito capitolo di spesa.
