Änderung von Landesgesetzen in verschiedenen Bereichen und andere Bestimmungen

Art. 48 (Aufhebungen)

(1) Aufgehoben sind:

  1. das Landesgesetz vom 17. Februar 1966, Nr. 3 ;
  2. Artikel 6 Absatz 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 25. Juli 1970, Nr. 16, in geltender Fassung;
  3. Artikel 3 des Landesgesetzes vom 4. Dezember 1986, Nr. 31;
  4. Artikel 15 Absatz 2 Buchstabe d) des Landesgesetzes vom 13. Jänner 1992, Nr. 1;
  5. die Artikel 2, 5 und 6 sowie die Anlage A des Landesgesetzes vom 19. Februar 1993, Nr. 4;
  6. Artikel 31 Absatz 1 des Landesgesetzes vom 29. Jänner 1996, Nr. 2, in geltender Fassung;
  7. Artikel 2 Absatz 6, Artikel 51/ter Absatz 5, Artikel 73 Absatz 4, Artikel 107/bis Absätze 6 und 7 und Artikel 127 Absatz 9 zweiter Satz des Landesgesetzes vom 11. August 1997, Nr. 13, in geltender Fassung;
  8. Artikel 2/bis des Landesgesetzes vom 10. Oktober 1997, Nr. 14, in geltender Fassung;
  9. Artikel 24 Absatz 3 Buchstabe f), Artikel 39 Absatz 1 letzter Satz des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Juni 1998, Nr. 6, in geltender Fassung;
  10. Artikel 1 Absatz 8 des Landesgesetzes vom 14. März 2008, Nr. 2.
