Art. 1 (Zielsetzung)

(1)Dieses Gesetz setzt für den Schutz landwirtschaftlicher Kulturen vor möglichen Kontaminationen durch gentechnisch veränderte Organismen (GVO) Artikel 26a der Richtlinie 2001/18/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 12. März 2001 in Südtirol um.2)
