Art. 5 (Personal)

(1) Dem Zentrum wird Personal vom Land überstellt. Es kann auch selbst Personal für seine betrieblichen Tätigkeiten einstellen, auch saisonal, sowie für besondere wissenschaftliche Aufgaben.

(2) Auf das Personal des Zentrums, dessen Kosten dem Haushalt des Zentrums angelastet werden, wird der Branchenkollektivvertrag angewandt, sofern das Statut nichts anderes vorschreibt.
