Durchführungsbestimmungen zum Statut für die Region Trentino-Südtirol auf dem Sachgebiet Hygiene und Gesundheitswesen

Art. 2      delibera sentenza

(1) Die Region Trentino-Südtirol regelt den Aufbau der Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen.

(2) Den autonomen Provinzen stehen die Gesetzgebungs- und Verwaltungsbefugnisse für den Betrieb und die Führung der Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen zu; in der Ausübung dieser Befugnisse müssen sie die gesundheitliche Betreuung und die Krankenhausfürsorge unter Wahrung der Mindeststandards gewährleisten, die in den gesamtstaatlichen Bestimmungen und in den EG-Bestimmungen vorgesehen sind.

(3) Die Provinzen sind hinsichtlich der dienst- und besoldungsrechtlichen Stellung der Bediensteten der Einrichtungen nach Absatz 2 in den vom Statut vorgesehenen Grenzen zuständig.4)
