Art. 3 (Zu- und Nebenerwerb)

(1) Daß die bestehende Wirtschaftskubatur für die Ausübung des vorgesehenen Zu- und Nebenerwerbs nicht ausreicht und seit 14. Dezember 1988 auch keine Umwandlung von Wirtschaftskubatur in Wohnkubatur erfolgt ist, wird von der Abteilung Landwirtschaft der Landesverwaltung gemäß objektiver Kriterien festgestellt und bescheinigt.
