Art. 15 (Befreiung)

(1) Für die Ermächtigungsverfahren laut den Artikeln 10 und 11 dieser Verordnung sind keine Konzessionsgebühren laut Artikel 66 Absatz 4 des Landesgesetzes vom 11. August 1997, Nr. 13, in geltender Fassung, und keine Sekretariatsgebühren zu entrichten.
