Beteiligung der Provinz an der Aktiengesellschaft "Autobahnzollstation Brennergrenze AG" mit Sitz in Bozen

1)

Kundgemacht im A.Bl. vom 16. Oktober 1973, Nr. 45.

Art. 1

(1) Der Landesausschuß ist ermächtigt, Aktien der "Autobahnzollstation Brennergrenze AG" mit Sitz in Bozen zum Höchstbetrag von 300 Millionen Lire zu unterzeichnen. 2)

Mit nachfolgenden Landesgesetzen wurde die Landesregierung ermächtigt die Beteiligung des Landes am Kapital der Gesellschaft "Sadobre AG" mit Sitz in Sterzing zu erhöhen, und zwar um 8.000 Millionen Lire (Art. 4 Absatz 3 des L.G. vom 14. August 2001, Nr. 9), und um 867.700 Euro (Art. 10 Absatz 2 des L.G. vom 28. Dezember 2001, Nr. 19).

Art. 2

(1) Das Gesellschaftsstatut muß eine anteilmäßige Vertretung der Provinz in den Gesellschaftsorganen, im Verhältnis zum unterzeichneten Gesellschaftskapital, vorsehen.

Dieses Gesetz wird im Amtsblatt der Region veröffentlicht. Jeder, dem es obliegt, ist verpflichtet, es als Landesgesetz zu befolgen und für seine Befolgung zu sorgen.
